3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins

• Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees

All fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional rounds may incur extra charges. Major scope changes mid-project will require a new agreement or addendum.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

• Emblèm retains ownership of working files, drafts, and creative processes
• Final, approved deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement prohibits it

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In such cases:

• The client will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of termination
• Any unused deposit may be refunded at Emblèm’s discretion
• Emblèm may terminate work if a project becomes inactive for 30+ days or if communication breaks down

7. Disclaimer

While we strive for results, marketing outcomes (e.g., increased traffic, sales, or engagement) depend on many variables. We cannot guarantee specific results from any service we provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emblèm Conseil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here and apply to all future projects and client interactions.
